New HIIT Workout
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It’s a type of training where you perform bursts of high intensity activity, followed by periods of rest or low intensity activity. It’s been a popular way to get people into shape for a long time because it works by causing the body to burn calories and increase metabolism at a faster rate than traditional cardio. We’ve added a new HIIT workout to the Fitness Center at our headquarters in Midland Park, New Jersey. You can try this new workout out for free for 30 days! The workout is designed to work all your major muscle groups. To maximize your workout, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move around easily. This workout can be done in any room of the Fitness Center, so you don’t even need equipment.
2nd Friday Happy Hour
Every Friday, we host our 2nd Friday Happy Hour. On this day, all full-time employees are invited to come to our headquarters, where we provide food, drinks, and a place to enjoy the outdoors. We’ve heard that this event has become a favorite place to connect with your co-workers, learn new things, and enjoy the outdoors. We want to continue to make this event a great place to connect and grow as a team. To do this, we’re looking at ways to enhance the experience and make it a little more special for our employees.
Weekly Health and Wellness Checks
We want to ensure that you have the support you need to stay healthy throughout the workweek. As part of our employee engagement initiatives, we conduct a weekly health check for our employees. This helps us see where improvements in health and wellness are needed so we can better support you. These health and wellness checks also allow you to ask questions and talk to one person about your health and wellness needs to make sure they get the support they need.
Employee Recognition Program
As part of our dedication to supporting you, we want to provide recognition programs that recognize your hard work and recognize the contributions of other employees. These can be rewards or recognition programs that recognize milestones like reaching a certain number of flight hours, or completing a certain number of training courses. To help you get started, we’ve provided some inspiration for how you can integrate these types of programs into your workflow.
Stretching has been shown to be beneficial to health and work productivity. However, it can be difficult to get enough of it done in a day. This is why we want to make stretching a regular part of your daily routine. We’ve implemented a stretch break program to help you stretch during your lunch break at work. We’ll have a few different stations available where you can stretch, such as a yoga pose wall, a chair with a leg curl, and a foot massage table.
